Technical Writer

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. You will be able to take part in the creation of a large fintech project. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed technical documentation based on provided business requirements and Swagger specifications
• Building an internal knowledge base of products and systems, maintaining a glossary for company products
• Regularly updating existing documentation in line with product changes. Assisting development teams in creating supporting documentation (presentations, instructions, etc.)
• Collaborating with development teams, analysts, and other team members

Key competencies:

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Ability to structure a large amount of information and create clear and well-structured documentation
• High level of literacy
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level or above 
• Experience with Swagger, Jira/Confluence
• Proficiency in Markdown markup 

• Proficiency in Docs-as-code approaches and tools

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with fintech products
• Ability to create diagrams, UML notation is a plus
• Experience with documentation creation systems such as Docusaurus
• Experience with Gitlab
