SDR (Sales Development Representative)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work remotely.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the market, including competitor analysis
- Identify new market segments
- Develop hypotheses regarding the target audience and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Conduct cold outreach (both automated and manual)
- Discover new data sources for potential clients
- Generate leads through open sources and Data Sales Tools (Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Maintain CRM systems
- Schedule meetings between clients and the BizDev Manager
Requirements
Key competencies:
- At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or Sales Manager
- English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
- Familiarity with Data Sales Tools (Clay, Apollo, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus
- Quick learner with the ability to master new sales tools
- Experience with fintech products is an advantage
- Understanding and experience with high-risk industry clients is a plus
